TADS offers three levels of service determined by the amount of work we perform on each application and the thoroughness of the reports. The cost of processing is typically paid for by the families. Some schools choose to subsidize all or part of the processing fee and incorporate a fee waiver program for families that cannot pay.

Option I. TADS Comprehensive Processing

  • Parents complete an online or 4-page application form and submit support documentation such as w-2s and tax forms so that TADS can thoroughly edit the application.
  • TADS communicates with all parents who have sent inadequate documentation or information.
  • There are no charges for recalculations of the application.

Option II. TADS Documented Processing

Same as Option I, except:

  • TADS does not communicate with parents about missing information and documentation. That becomes the responsibility of the financial aid administrator.

Option III. TADS Online-only Processing

  • Parents complete our online form (no paper application option)
  • Parents do not send support documentation

How can I check applicant status?

TADS has web access for administrators which will allow you to log in and check the status of applicants as well as view their reports. You may also call our Customer Service department Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. central time for assistance.
